5. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 calendar days of enrolment without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national legislation.

If you have accessed digital content during the 14-day period, you may lose the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law. • You will follow all safety guidance and instructor modifications provided within the program.
• You release quxmero.eu from liability for any injury arising from your participation.

If you experience pain, dizziness, breathlessness, or other discomfort during any session, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, quxmero.eu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
